How do I complete a purchase online?
When you're ready to complete your online purchase, simply click on "Check Out" which is located in your shopping cart or at the top of any page within the "Online Catalog". When you check out, you can either create an online account or place an order without an account. Enter your shipping information and your billing address if different, then click “Continue.” You will come to the shipping page, where you will choose your shipping preference and payment preference. Click “continue” to enter in your credit card information. Once you have entered in a valid credit card number, expiration date and name of cardholder you will click “continue” to process your order. This will bring you the invoice page of your purchase. You will want to print this invoice for your records. Once you have placed an order you will receive an email confirmation from Churchstyle.com.

What methods of payments do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards and USPS money orders. Orders placed with a money order or layaway will not be shipped until the funds are received.

How long will it take for my order to arrive?

Orders generally takes 4-7 business days to be processed and shipped out and in rare cases could take up to 2 weeks. Since the merchandise is coming from the manufacturer, it all depends on when they process the orders. So please allow at the most 7-14 business days for you order. You may e-mail to track the shipment status of your order.

How much are shipping charges?

This depends on where you live and you choose your shipping amount when you check out. We use UPS and United Postal Service. Both are fast!

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we ship world-wide! Our prices are in US dollars ($). International customers are responsible for all duty taxes. We suggest using USPS Express mail for all overseas orders. Parcel post is very slow and doesn't allow for tracking of your package once it leaves our warehouse.

I haven’t received my merchandise. Why is there a charge on my credit card?

When an order is placed, your card is automatically authorized, which means the funds are put on hold, but are not withdrawn from your account until your order is guaranteed to be in stock and ready to ship. If an item is not in stock when your order is placed, we will release the authorization on your card (release the funds on hold) and the funds will settle back into your account.

But if you use your DEBIT CARD for this transaction, these funds will not be available for your use. Depending on your bank's procedures, it could take as long as 2 weeks for the funds to be credited back to your account. If the item is sold out, we will cancel your order.
