In the case of a damaged item please contact us within 48 hours after delivery for an exchange. We will replace the damaged item with exactly the same style, size & color, tags must still be attached. Hats can not be return unless it is damage. California law doesn't permit return of hats. 

All returns for damage goods do require a return authorization number. Please contact us for your RA#. We strongly recommend that you use a shipping service that can track your package (s) and insurance it for it full value! If the shipment is lost before it arrive back to us, we are not responsible. No credit will be issue.

A $35.00 restocking fee for returned orders and refused packages. Will be charged to your credit card for any reason (wrong color/sizes etc).

Refunds/exchange are given in the form of store credit. We do not refund for shipping & handling charges, returns/exchanges will be given less the shipping costs. We do not accept any returns/exchanges after 30 days. Please note that any returned/exchanges, must be in re-sellable.  This includes the hanger, bag, hang tag, etc. Must not smell of smoke, or have be worn.  Otherwise the return/exchange will be refuse and return back to you.
